Once approved and services are contracted, the remaining balance on your account for the contracted services is due 30 days after the date of approval and publishing to your web server. A contract may be required. Flexible payment plans may be available. An interim site will be provided to that you can check and see your website before it is published so any corrections deemed fit can be made. Once the interim site is published, the preview site will no longer be available and the Brooklyn Technology Co. is no longer liable to make any changes, unless you have a maintenance plan through the Brooklyn Technology Co.. If you wish any changes after the website has been published, additional fees may apply. Any bugs and/or errors in the original design will be fixed free of charge if reported within 72 hours of publishing. If a contract is required, services will not begin until the contract is signed and returned and the initial deposit is made. If this contract is broken before services have been rendered, licensing and use of any proofs and/or designs provided by the Brooklyn Technology Co. will not be granted. Initial deposit, as stated earlier, is non-refundable, and a contract breach fee of $15 will also be assessed to your account. If contract is signed and breached before the initial deposit is received, the $15 fee will still be added to your account. If services have been rendered, your account must be paid in full. If you decide for any reason after services have been rendered that you would not like to use our website design, then your remaining balance will be voided, a $50 breach of contract fee (different from above) will apply, and all licensing and use of any designs provided by the Brooklyn Technology Co. will be revoked. Other legal ramifications may occur. Before and even after services are rendered, the Brooklyn Technology Co. still maintains its copyrights to all original designs and reserves all rights to those designs. The design may be modified in any way deemed fit by the account holder (some restrictions may apply); however, Copyright ฉ 2005 Brooklyn Technology Co.. All Rights Reserved. must be displayed at all times on the design containing a hyperlink to the Brooklyn Technology Co. website. This will be provided in the website design. Licensing and use may be revoked if not displayed. If your server does not support certain features, you must let us know before your website is published. The Brooklyn Technology Co. is not responsible for server errors and/or incompatibilities. The Brooklyn Technology Co. utilizes the latest Microsoftฎ Sharepoint Services and FrontPage Extensions.
